We thank God for three nuns in Cape Verde, who are freeing victims of prostitution. The sisters are part of the Congregation Sisters Adorers, Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity. Their mission is to help vulnerable women who are victims of all forms of slavery, especially prostitution and sex trafficking. In Cape Verde, they have been working 13 years already and are in the front lines to restore dignity and redeeming women who are victims or at risk of prostitution due to extreme poverty.
