Children in Bangladesh are leaving school to work due to the climate crisis. According to UNICEF, 1.7 million of the country’s children are now laborers. Flooding, erosion and storms have pushed families to move to the slums of Dhaka. This means the end of education and the start of a hard work. Climate change has left millions of children homeless, hungry and without healthcare and safe water.
