We thank God for the small steps that countries are taking to care for our common home and people. The project PROMISE aims to prevent leakage of waste from land-based sources into the Lakshadweep Sea in line with a Sustainable Consumption and Production approach. The projects will target tourism clusters from the territories in Maldives, Sri-Lanka and India to reduce marine pollution by involving local small and medium-sized enterprises that are not able to implement circular economic strategies.
