We want to thank God for the goodwill of the local people who are offering solutions to transform their lifestyles. In India, local residents, governments and private sector have been actively involved in one of the most significant river cleanup projects in history. The Ganga basin, which is home to 650 million people and 25,000 animal and plant species, has unfortunately become highly contaminated due to increased industrial pollution, plastic waste, and sewage entering the river. However, there is a comprehensive plan in place to restore it.
